1. Garlic Orange Glazed Salmon
I love the flavors of citrus and garlic combined, because they form a blend that’s sweet, tangy, and savory all at once. This amazing glazed salmon is made with salt, ghee, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, orange juice and zest, and tapioca starch to thicken the glaze.

2. Roasted Garlic Dressing
Roasted garlic is my favorite form of this bulb, because the flavors get so mellow and delicious you could eat it on practically anything (okay, maybe just a lot of things). This roasted garlic dressing is fabulous with white wine vinegar, honey, cashews, capers, lime juice, and more.

3. Grapefruit Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Remember what I said about garlic and citrus? Yeah, that’s happening here, with the added complexity of the slight bitterness grapefruit offers. You’ll need juice and pulp from fresh grapefruits, minced garlic, honey, salt, chicken wings, coconut oil or ghee, and salt and pepper.

4. Fermented Jalapeno Garlic Hot Sauce
Homemade hot sauce beats store bought sauce any day, and you can control the ingredients that go into it. The fermented sauce is full of happy, healthy bacteria and it’s made from jalapeno peppers, garlic, salt, sauerkraut juice, water, and raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

5. Skordalia
I found your new favorite dip, and it’s so good that I’d kind of rather just eat it with a spoon than dip things in it. Make it with red potatoes, lots of fresh garlic, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar.

6. Roasted Garlic Cream of Mushroom Soup
This soup is so creamy and delicious, you’ll hardly believe it’s paleo! Or maybe you will, because we all know sometimes the paleo versions are better than the traditional versions. This cream of mushroom soup is made with lots of roasted garlic, white wine, broth, mushrooms, and coconut milk.

7. Crispy Chicken Thighs With Garlicky Kale
Garlic and chicken are a match made in food heaven. Try these deliciously crispy thighs with salt and freshly ground pepper, oil of your choice (avocado or olive would be great), bacon, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian kale, and lemons for serving.

8. Southern Collard Greens
Have you ever had real, properly prepared collard greens? They can be tricky to get right, but when they’re right, oh man, are they right! This recipe is perfect, with olive oil, bacon, onion, garlic, salt, fresh cracked black pepper, chicken stock, and red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

9. Rosemary Garlic Beef Roast With Wild Mushrooms

10. Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Thighs With Garlic, Lemon, and Scallion
You’re not going to believe how good these are. You’ll just have to try them for yourself! Perfect for garlic lovers, these thighs are made with lots of garlic, lemon juice and zest, scallions/green onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

11. Garlic and Sesame Brussels Sprouts
I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: anyone who hates Brussels sprouts just hasn’t had them made well. This recipe is truly awesome, with sesame oil, olive oil, coarse salt, minced garlic, and sesame seeds sprinkled over the top. They’re roasted to a crisp and so tasty.

12. Roasted Honey Garlic Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
Balsamic vinegar is my new best friend. I’ve been putting it on everything, whenever I want that deliciously umami-rich flavor. It’s wonderful on these honey-garlic Brussels sprouts, which are sliced in half and roasted flat side down so they get all crispy and perfect.

13. Garlic Ghee Mashed Cauliflower
This cauliflower mash is the perfect replacement for mashed white potatoes, and it has an amazing flavor from garlic and brown butter ghee (you can use regular ghee if you can’t find that one, or brown it yourself). Coconut milk makes this extra creamy without any dairy.

14. Garlicky Spaghetti Squash

15. Garlic Herb-Crusted Roast Beef
This roast beef is going to be one of your new favorite family meals. It’s covered in a delicious crust of black peppercorns, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, and minced garlic with salt. The garlicky flavor is perfect laced with all of the herbal flavors!

16. Braised Thyme, Garlic, and Mustard Chicken
I love the combination of flavors that’s used in this recipe. The chicken is marinated in garlic, thyme, white pepper, and salt, so the flavors have already begun to soak in when you cook it. Onions, garlic, bay leaves, mustard, and paprika also flavor this chicken and vegetables for a delicious family meal.

17. Sundried Tomato, Sumac, and Black Garlic Baba Ganoush
Baba Ganoush is one of my favorite paleo-friendly dips. This one is made with eggplants (of course), sundried tomatoes, tahini, lemon juice, sumac, cumin, black garlic, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.

19. One Pot Orange Honey Garlic Roasted Chicken
I’m a huge fan of honey garlic, and I’m an even bigger fan of one-pot meals because they’re easy for clean up. This roast is made with olive oil, orange juice, honey, garlic, balsamic vinegar, onion salt or sea salt, lemon juice, and a bit of black pepper to taste.

20. Easy Garlic Herb Butternut Squash
This recipe is our favorite way to have butternut squash in my house. It’s deeply savory and delicious with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, chopped mixed herbs, salt, and ground black pepper. It’s super simple, but I love how the savory herbs and sweet squash blend together.

21. Rustic Veggie Omelet With Garlic

Cooking your salmon on a cedar plank imparts lovely flavors, and adding black garlic, which is fermented garlic, is an incredible flavor rush that everyone will love. You’ll need black garlic, lime juice and zest, lime slices, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, and a cedar plank to grill on.

23. Garlic Cilantro Spaghetti Squash Bowls
Anything with “bowls” in the title spells comfort food to me. These bowls are extra simple to make with just spaghetti squash, minced garlic, freshly chopped cilantro (you could use basil if you’re not a cilantro fan), salt, and pepper. Leave off the cheese if it’s not a part of your diet.

24. Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Mash
Roasted garlic is deliciously mellow in this cauliflower mash with almond milk or other milk of choice. This mash is creamy and makes an excellent substitute for mashed potatoes. You can even fool the kiddos, which we all know is sometimes necessary.

27. Blisted Okra With Garlic and Cumin
Lots of people think they don’t like okra because they’ve only ever had it boiled, and it gets so slimy and gross. Made right, though, okra is delicious. Try this recipe using ghee or avocado oil, cumin seeds, Thai red chilies, garlic cloves, and a pint of fresh okra.

28. Sauteed Garlic Chard
Garlic is a popular way of making sautéed greens extra yummy, and it works well in this simple chard recipe using coconut oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. This would make a great side dish to just about anything from meats to other veggies.

29. Garlic Green Beans
These garlic green beans have an Asian flair from coconut aminos, rice vinegar, clarified butter, and sesame oil. They would be perfect served alongside beef, chicken, or even fish, and they take less than twenty minutes to make. Total winner!
